About the Role
This internship offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, operational monitoring, and research activities within a dynamic, data‑driven environment. Working closely with the team, the intern will contribute to ongoing projects and gain practical experience in evaluating financial and market information. The position is ideal for someone eager to develop strong analytical skills and deepen their understanding of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support regular departmental activities, including financial analysis and research tasks that contribute to ongoing operational needs.
- Assist in development of a supervision and monitoring framework that aligns with the department’s KPIs.
- Collect, organize, and input data required for routine supervision and monitoring of existing operations.
- Gather of documentation, including market studies, and publications from rating agencies.
Assist in preliminary financial analysis of operations, such as calculating financial ratios.
Applicants should:
- Be students or hold a degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, mathematics or engineering;
- Have very good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of a language of BSTDB member countries is an advantage.
- Have intermediate command of Excel.
- Be able to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently and deliver results to meet tight deadlines.
- Be able to function in an environment of diverse nationalities and working styles.
