BSTDB President Speaks at Delphi Economic Forum in Athens

Today Dmitry Pankin, President of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) contributed to the discussions at the Greek flagship VI Delphi Economic Forum taking place in Athens on 10-14 May 2021.

During the “fireside chat” with Dimitris Pefanis of DPG Digital Media, the BSTDB President commented on the pandemic response of MDBs at the time of excess liquidity, ESG financing, and the catalytic role of development banks in raising capital to support transition to low-carbon development models.

Mr. Pankin has also stressed the BSTDB’s growing contribution to the Greek economic development, which surged nine fold from 2015.
