BSTDB will host the Annual Conference of AHRMIO

The 11thAnnual International Human Resources Conference is organized byAHRMIO(Association for Human Resources Management in International Organizations) and is hosted this year by the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank. Conference participants come from nearly 70 of the world’s leading international organizations such as the UN family, the World Bank, OECD and EU institutions. Around 130 leading human resource practitioners and managers will meet in Thessaloniki’s Mediterranean Palace Hotel, to discuss and debate major issues that affect their organizations now and in the future.

Explaining the importance of the AHRMIO conference, Executive Director, Mary Jane Peters, commented: “For these major international organizations, people make up 99 percent of their assets. Therefore, getting the people equation right is of vital importance to keep these organizations not only healthy but efficient and forward-looking.  Their missions are to serve the people of the world.”
