BSTDB President Addresses the Parliamentary Assembly of BSEC

Mr. Ihsan Ugur Delikanli, BSTDB President,addressedthe 44th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) in Athens on December 9, 2014.

Following the well established tradition, President Delikanli highlighted key accomplishments during the past year and presented the Bank's strategic directions for enhanced regional development.
