Description and Purpose of the Operation:: BSTDB and the Izmirlian Foundation established a joint credit line facility, the Joint Finance Facility, for direct lending to small and medium sized enterprises in Armenia whereby the Bank and the Izmirlian Foundation jointly financed Armenian SMEs.
