Description and Purpose of the Operation:: The transaction involves a medium-term corporate loan to TERAPIA SA (Romania),one of the largest Romanian manufacturer of pharmaceutical products and Terapia Holding B.V., the Holding Company of TERAPIA SA based in the Netherlands, for the financing of the investment programme of TERAPIA SA for the extension of its production facilities, modernization, maintenance and environmental protection in Romania as well as partial acquisition financing.
