- The operation involves the provision of a long-term debt facility to finance the construction and operation of the 74MW Koprubasi Hydroelectric Power Plant in the province of Bolu in Turkey. The water source is Devrek Creek, which is a major arm of Filyos Creek. The project will serve the purposes of power generation and flood protection.
