- Description and Purpose of the Operation:
- Provision of debt financing to Dufremol SRL (the "Borrower") for the construction and operation of international standard travel retail outlets in Tudora, Palanca, Giurgiuleshti, Leuseni and Sculeni, Republic of Moldova The Operation will finance the Borrower’s development program, which involves a portion of capital expenditures program that covers the first stage of Dufremol retail chain development - construction and operation of 5 stores (out of the total planned number of 10).
