Description and Purpose of the Operation:
BSTDB's participation in a new syndicated term loan facility provided to Alumil Mylonas S.A. The Facility is arranged by two leading Greek banks (Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank) and the aim of the new bond loan is to refinance the previous Syndicated Bond Loan dated October 3, 2007, as well as other indebtedness of the company.
