Developmental and Regional Cooperation Impact:: The Project is expected to have positive economic benefits for the Ankara region and the Turkish economy both during the construction phase, as well as the operational phase. The most relevant of these are new employment creation, demonstration effects, upstream linkages with suppliers, a favorable multiplier effect in the region, and most importantly improved and expanded provision of health care for the public.
