- Long term secured corporate loan to Novotech-Terminal LLC., Ukraine, of up to USD 5 million. The proceeds of the loan will be used for CAPEX related to the capacity expansion of the Company’s grain terminal located in Odessa Sea Trade Port, Ukraine.

- Developmental and Regional Cooperation Impact:
- The proposed Operation has multiple positive impacts on the development of the Ukrainian economy. It will contribute to modernization and expansion of an important element of transport infrastructure of the country. Given the fact that considerable volumes of grain are exported to the countries of the Black Sea Region, the operation is expected to impact positively on the international trade and operations of the maritime transport in the region. The Operation is in compliance with the Bank's Strategy in Ukraine for 2015-2018.
- Environmental Classification and Impact:
- Screened E&S Category B. The operation has the potential to generate medium E&S risks and impacts that are generally limited and can be addressed through relevant mitigation measures. The main E&S issues associated with the grain capacity increase relate mainly to: legal compliance of the expansion works with environmental, labor, and health and safety laws and regulations; the employed labor and working conditions; the applied pollution prevention and abatement especially of marine environment; and any impacts on the local communities.
